My rest days

Last week had been a very tiring week for me. My schedule was packed and my lesson was like 25 chapters a day! I really don't know how am i going to read all... (burn & drink)

Yesterday and today, i didn't go for my tutorial... haha... bcoz i had passed the basic insurance already. Actually even if we had passed, we still need to sit in, and do self study. Nah... waste my time, i rather study at home, so i took MC lol.

But yesterday i had alot of things to do, no much time to study too. Took my helper for medical check up, and went to the bank and open an account for her. After that, brought Princeton boy to our family doctor again.... sad.... his flu comes back again.

Today, after Princeton had his porridge, i took him to Jurong Point! Yes, only me alone... without my helper, without a car. We took a bus! This was my first time bringing Princeton out to a shopping centre, and this was his first time taking a bus. He was well behave, looking around but hugged me closely. We went for an hour plus, den took a cab home. hee...

Later in the evening, i gota attend an award presentation at The Cathay near Plaza Singapura. Actually, i don't feel like going, thinking of seeing the ppl who dislike me, makes me feel its a waste of time. But my ex manager insist that i go and collect the award personally. Hubby said he will drive me there, encourage me to go. Haiz... after i took my prize, i'll surely throw smoke ball and go home! Not very fantastic award, why must make until so grand?

Celebrated my mum's birthday on the 20th oct tuesday. As usual, we will bring mummy to have a good dinner. I hope i can give her better life, and i wanna bring her for holiday next year. I pray that she will stay healthy and happy always.

Friday finally!!

My legs are aching, so do my back. Lousy me... Been travelling to bedok every morning since wed. With my new pair of shoes and new sets of clothes. I don't feel comfortable of course, but i had no choice.
I get to know two new friends, vicki and esther. We hit off so well the first time we met. Esp vicki, as she's only one year younger than me, and her thinking was so mature. She was one of the lady i've known, who i classified as knowlegable woman. Her husband had a car company, and she helped him in doing sales. Her car knowledge is incredible. Wat she said to me are exactly wat my uncle told me. One theory that i remember is, Never loan a car for 10 years, and Never loan it 100%. Because you will make a loss at least 10-15k if u sell the car in the future. Don't ever think that, its ok, i will drive till it breaks even. Because by then, your car will have no much value. Vicki told me, Never buy a korean car...... hmm.. well, for me, as long as its a new car, i'm ok with it! But again i'm so wrong! She said, we don't neccessary need to buy a first hand car, esp when we are unable to make a lump sum down payment. A second hand car, which is 2years old is as gd as a new one. And one last theory, Never never wear a BIG hat, if u don't have a BIG head. If i'm only earning 3k a month, and if i would to purchase a 7 seater car now, is a very foolish thing to do. Unless i am able to make a 40% - 50% down payment, and my loan period is less than 7 years, then its a different story.

Being with people like her, makes me feel very valuable. I don't know why, i just felt that way. Even though she is well to do, She don't like to show off, she don't like compare. She praise others who is better than her in some ways, unlike people who could be jealous of others.

Her problem sum solving was superb... Today was our first lesson on statistic, she could get the grib of it in five mins. I don't think i'm slow, but i need about 30mins to understand it, coz its really not simple. Working with people like her can really motivate me. She is rich, damn rich. But she is humble. She is thrifty as well, and remind me e opportunity costs of buying a car. I should use the cash for investment. I hope to have a nice car, but have to wait till my trading account earns me extra income!

Its sat tmr, and i'm glad i do not need to work on sat for two months! Sat and sun will be my precious time with Roderick and Princeton. Hubby had plans for these two days, and i knew it would be a fruitful one!

Tiring week

It was a very busy week for me... no off no rest day, no time to blog. Every day after work, dearie will come n fetch me with Princeton, and we will bring our boy to his fav playground at the shopping centre near my workplace.

Today hubby is on duty, so me and tian tian gona stay at home. Yesterday we attended my aunt's husband 70th birthday with my mum. Well, it was kind of far, but i wana accompany my mum. In the end hubby and i were too busy entertaining Princeton, no time to eat, lol. The place was rather hot as it was a coffee shop owned by my aunt's elder son. Princeton hold daddy's left hand and run about. He could oni walk afew steps on his own. Dot dot.



My cousins commented that Princeton look alot like me! yeah... and said he look more like my brother than like my son. Of course im happy :) Zhenyu was envy, he asked me why nobody ever say he look young, haha! I told him because of your diet!! Meat 100%, chilli 100% soft drink and coffee 100%.

Next wed onwards i'll move on to another path of my career. Anybody have any idea how to take public transport to siglap learning centre?? After i alight at bedok MRT, wat bus number must i take? I've got to travel all the way east for 3 months! This will be a big task for me. I think i can stay over at sis's place temporary. haha.... free accomdation :p
