101 things to stay YOUNG

Some people have beautiful features by nature. But most people don't. We need to make things happen and i believe there are no ugly woman, only lazy ones. So, which are the top 5 lists which i felt is the most important in staying young??

First complexion!! You can have the sexiest body, but your pimple and dry skin made you look so haggard and aged 10 years more:(
Solution: Moisturize! Dry skin looks dull and lackluster. So not only do you want to use a moisturizer on your face (including an eye cream) but also on your hands and body. And since your hands especially get a lot of abuse, and can show age almost more than your face, keep some hand cream handy at your desk or by the sink. Always use sunscreen! We all know that the sun is the single most damaging thing to your skin, so make sure to protect ourselves!

Second: Take good care of our teeth. Our smiles are very important, and imagine people seeing our yellowish teeth. Sad to say many people at our age already need to have filled tooth and soon it will became a decayed tooth. Some worst, had lost 1 or 2, so when smiled, (Bo Kay became very obvious)... It's really time for me to visit the dentist real soon.

Third: Our black and shiny hair. Say NO to colour/dye hair. Chemicals will only damaged our hair and caused it to be dry and fizzy. It would add on to hair loss and bald hair in the future. So, let's love our hair by giving hair spa weekly. People with thick and black hair looks ten years younger. Let our hair shine by using good moisturizer and hair mask. Oh yes, one more ~ Eyebrow. DO not over trimmed our eyebrow till it became one straight pathetic line. Then we start using pencil to draw and draw till it became so fake. People look younger in black eyebrows.

Fourth: Watch our diet. What we eat is what we are. Same old theory, but not everyone can follow. Make sure that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. It will help your body stay hydrated and flush it free of toxins as well. At the same time, it will make your face glow and shine.

Fifth: START to EXERCISE! I always wanted to..... getting more and more flabbly. Haiz...



There are of course many other factors which are important too. The above are my top 5 which i wanted to fulfill. I do not want to become one fat and ugly auntie in another 5 years down the road.

So, dear hubby and my LiL Ps, please cooperate and stop making mommy angry ok?
