Princeton new milestone:)

Last week, Princeton boy has been asking how to write his chinese name. I decided to teach him yesterday as he had mastered his basic strokes quite well. Surprising, this boy could do it smoothly in his first attempt! Though it doesn't look that nice, but the strokes are right and i gave him a big clap for it, good try my boy!

He could write his chinese name in Full version now. It is a great achievement because his name had many strokes, definately not easy for a 4years old kid. I spent effort in teaching too, haha. Must claim some credits:p We do not want to compete with others, but to compete with ourselves. I got to know where is his limit, try to stretch abit and of course hold back if he gets too stress. He told me, if i can write my own name, can i play board game with daddy later? I agreed. Children at this age need motivation to get them going... i hope as he grow he doesn't need any reward, and he can do it at his own will.

When i show him a picture, he could make up a story and imagine something out of it. He is doing well in his Electone music lesson, and could play Do Re Mi using the correct fingers. He told me he wanted to play a nice song for me one day. I don't expect alot, as long he got the interest to learn, I'll give him my support.

Paris, my super sticky glue, getting very whiny recently. The Terrible Two years old syndrome can be from mood swing to throwing tantrums to high pitch screaming to crying out of no reason. My solution usually is to IGNORE, or to distract them with other things. Well, we tried explaining but believe me, it's useless. Haha.... I don't spank them at this age.. To be frank, they are not giving us a hard time, instead, they are having a HARD time. So let's be compassionate to go through this difficult period with them.

My helper agreed to extend for another two years. She will be going back in december for three weeks. Hubby would take 2 weeks leave. My mum is going for a holiday that month. Best...... Good luck to me. Haha.

I'm ok to handle the both of them. Usually they behave exceptionally well if they are alone with me. My weapon cane is hanging in the living room. Heehee... Good luck LiL Ps.
