Singapore parents, Singapore children

Seldom bring my gem out alone, without her brother especially... Only to the park 15mins walk from our block, or just downstairs for a stroll. Told myself from today onwards, whenever i go, i'll bring along Paris, because very soon she will be going to child care centre ~ which is 6more months. Anyway most of the time she is with me, coz my concept is whenever i go, my children goes. Just don't like the idea of leaving them at home. Unless very sick (touch wood!) But if very sick, shouldn't i stay at home and take care of them?? It's quite ironic that some parents can enjoy themselves outside/going overseas without their children.

Anyway there is no absolute right or absolute wrong. Excuses often can make things sound abit right, but whether or not it's up to individual. Most importantly, we are happy lor. Other people's business i couldn't care much, but if i do make comment, i really mean i care. Example my sis and my close friends. My sis had a hard time handling this naughty Zachary. I gave her the encouragement that difficult babies will turn out to be easy children. Ever since the birth of Zac, i felt my sis changed alot. She changed into a person that will seek advice, hear advise, and share experiences. Not that last time she couldn't, but just that now she do it in a more humble way and of course i like it! hee.... Now scold her she also can take it. She understand that people say her for a reason. Last time she might thought that everything she must be right, refused to heed advice. Oops.

I have faith, she will be a successful mother cum wife. A noble working mum who can do wonders. Her thinking are close to mine. If there's a differences, i'll be glad to share mine with her. Whenever i have got dilemma, the first person i would talk to is my sis.

When a third person discipline my children, I'm really thankful for that. Because some blind spots, i really couldn't rectify. So if people reprimand my children, i am more glad to take it. On the other hand, if we can't do that, (which means we always think never mind they are still young, or always find excuses to side them, or have the thinking: Mind your own business). Then there's only one consequence ~ let your child rot and become a piece of shit.

People don't say for fun. People don't comment because they got nothing better to do. Just like teachers, if the school teacher feedback that your child very naughty, kept bringing games into the classroom to play. Are you going to say, oh because he is bored??!

If one day i became so stubborn, please help me by waking me up.

Deepavali at The Chevrons

Did not bring the lil Ps to Vivo today. As Zhenyu said it's an ideal weather to bring the kiddos for a swim! The dad insist today Vivo sure very crowded... maybe wait till normal weekdays then bring them for the 'balloon place'.

Paris woke up at 730, and Princeton woke up at 930. We told them about the swimming plan, and Princeton prepared and get ready very fast! Brush his teeth, and changed up within 10mins. Took the float and wore his sandals. We got ready everything, and set off at 1030.

The weather was perfect today while we were in the pool. The other time was abit too sunny. Princeton had learnt to kick his legs in order to move around the pool. So do meimei! Two of them were competing who could be faster. Paris swam around 20mins, and i quickly brought her to bath and changed her up. Let her drink some hot milk and put on a sweater for her. As it gets more windy... Princeton was still playing happily with his dad. They were practising who can grab the watch that was being threw inside the water. Princeton was sank inside the water a few times, but stood up himself:) hee.... Initially he was quite scared, but later on he got used to it. We wanted to train him not to be afraid of the water. Once he got into Kindergarden one, i'll register him for the swimming lesson held by the child care centre.

We had lunch at Han's, everyone of us was hungry. Esp the lil ones! Princeton ate one whole plate of mushroom omelette, half a bowl of mushroom soup, one small bowl of fried rice, and a small plate of spaghetti. Paris ate one bowl of fried rice, then fall asleep already, haha!!! She is really tired! We went to the mini library, and Princeton had some fun there. After which we went to the bowling alley to play pool. Seems like Princeton had the same interest as hubby:) He is knee in learning:p

By the time we were about to leave, the rain started pouring. Wow... heavy rain. Zhenyu drove the car to the shelter, and we were safe from getting wet. Paris was still sound zzz.... Reached home around 3pm, changed the kids and coax them to sleep. Princeton nap from 4pm to 6!! Two solid hours.

He was lazy to wake up, until i said, Zachary is HERE!! He immediately get out of the bed and ran to the living room to welcome his cousin! Paris woke up from her nap shortly, and was smiling happily when she saw ah tio and Zachary:)

We had a fantastic dinner and almond dessert. Thanks to mum for all the hard work. Tomorrow gota start preparation for my upcoming exam this Monday. This is the toughest paper of the 3 modules. Please let my brain absorb as much as possible.
