The birth of my nephew ~ Lee Ke Jie Zachary

The day we had been awaited for, is finally here! My sister had successfully delivered her boy, Zachary Lee:) Thank God for the short and smooth labour. My nephew is so FAIR, RADIANT,HANDSOME,CUTE, ADORABLE, he is PERFECT :)

Look very much like my jie fu, so you can imagine how good looking he can be hor. wahaha!!!! Thick eyebrow, big eyes and is very 'hairy', LOL!!! Well, to be frank, not every babies are born so beautifully. We belonged to the lucky ones, as the children do not have any Jaundice. That's why the food we eat during pregnancy are so important. Your bb is what you eat... esp when we are breastfeeding.

My sister only put on 7-8kg for her total weight gain. Power right?? Won mine, which was 8.5-9kg. She had balanced and healthy diet, and she tried to eat only food with high fibres and high protein. Less on carbohydrates as carbo will turn into sugars. ( not advisable to take in too much for preggy women) She took tonics too just like me. We were fortunate to have mother/mil to brew birdnest/soup every week. Even till now, my mum would still brew herbal tonic for me bi weekly. So do my mil. Many said that after birth, we woman will turn haggard and old. Yes i agreed.... but of course there are minority who can maintain as they took the effort to eat well during the confinement, and even after the 40days, they still eat the good food. So i hope my sis will be a good girl, rest as much as she could.

What good genes Zachary have:) I will dote this nephew of mine, just like my own son. As i had two lil Ps to handle, i'm sorry that i do not have much time to buy things for my sis... I'll make sure my ang bao will be the biggest ok??? haha!!! Will be ordering the floor mat for Zachary soon. Princeton and Paris fall in love with their cousin at first sight :p Princeton automatic disinfect himself with the steriliser provided, and told him me that he wanted to "sayang" Zachary. Xin kept touching the bb and smiles.

Thank GOD again for little children. I am started to imagine how fun and crowded my family will be! Hurray!
