NDP celebration at PCS 080811

Every school had their ND celebration this morning, and the children/students were wearing red and white, holding their flags and waving happily! & Princeton boy was singing Happy birthday Singpore while we were driving him to school:)

I bought him two sets of clothing, (red&white) in the morning session, and ethic clothing for the afternoon. When we fetched him this evening, Teacher Shelly told me that Princeton had won the best clothing outfit for the Ethic outfit competition!! haha.... We didn't know there was a competition actually, just wanted to choose something nice and presentable for our boy.

Teacher Shelly dotes tian alot, just like teacher May (Princeton ex teacher who left some time ago).... She always likes to hold his hand while strolling even though tian was independent to walk with his partner. I was told by teacher shelly that Princeton could answered all the quiz correctly:) How many stars are there on the flag? what are the colors on the flag?  and what is the shape of the flag? Its 3 simple questions, but my boy made me proud! Well done my lil Prince.

Zhenyu is on leave today. We watched a movie at Jurong Point, Planets of the Apes. Wow..... not a bad show, worth to watch it. After which, we went to book for our cruise trip coming Oct. As there were some changes of plan, we decided not to hold the birthday party for Paris, instead we will bring them for an enjoyable cruise ride. There are alot of kids facilities and they are going to love it:) This will be our first family tour, i hope many more to come by:) Thanks daddy for the arrangement!

Pre-celebration birthday for my greatest husband and the most wonderful dad!

This is the 11th years we are celebrating his birthday. Be it with other family members in the house, or with friends, be it with a big group of people, or just me only, my chubby hubby will be just as contented =)

This year, we wanted to make it a fine dinner together with our children. We do not like the idea of "Wait till the kids grow older" concept. Because, we never know if we could live for the next minute.... so why wait??

We reached at around 730pm. The place was bright and spacious, and The Line of buffet spread was indeed a wide variety. Princeton and Paris was curious looking around the place, and of course many eyes were on us, obviously. Zhenyu felt quite awkward why the whole row of people are smiling at us, and kept looking over our direction.

The waitresses were attentive and friendly too. The manager came over and welcome the lil Ps, gave Princeton boy a lollipop too! After settling down, big daddy quickly grabbed the food for the children. Tian had silver fish fried rice, and brewed chicken vege soup. He also ate one big bowl of fried noodles! Then he ended with some gummies and fruits. Paris was cheerful for the first part, but after that due to her teething, she was rather grouchy and sad:( Luckily it was towards the end of the dinner.... I was coaxing my princess, and soon she fall asleep after 15mins. The brother made zhenyu's day:) He was very well-mannered, cooperative and zhenyu was very pleased with it.
Though it was a challenging dinner for us, but we felt satisfied that we got a chance to spend a nice dinner with our children. Happy birthday Lao Gong! (from wifey and your precious ps)
