Ranking for 2009

Jan is coming to an end. This means that our performance ranking for year 2009 is out already. I went to meet my ex manager in cck yesterday. I was confident i could get good ranking. Even though i left the branch in oct last year, i see no reason that my ranking could be affected.

We had a small talk, she gonethrough with me, what were the areas i'm strong at, and what were the areas i could inprove on. At the very last page of the report, she congrats me! I was ranked a Band 1! I was happy though, and i thanked her for fairness, as i wasn't her staff anymore, she could have given her own staff this ranking...

I joined DBS in March 2006, its about 4 years. Met many kinds of ppl, and of course get to know that sporean are VERY VERY rich. And the only way to get rich, is to make your money work harder for you. That is, through investment. There are simply too many types of investments, you have to more or less have some knowledge in it. Coz if you're going to keep your $$ underneath your pillow (inside your bank account), one day you will find your 50k becomes 40k, and 40k becomes 30k, and so on. Inflation rate is definately higher than the interest rate in our savings account.

Of course i'm not asking ppl to speculate stocks, or to risk your hard earned cash. It really depends on your risk appetite.. High risk high returns. Low risk minimal returns. I just hope my new zealand dollars can grow faster!

I prayed hard every night, just hope that God can answer my prayers.. I hope that he can quickly recover, and God, please take away all his discomfort and his pain. Bless him with good appetite, and good night sleep every day. I wish he can have the energy to read my blog now. Uncle, be strong, have faith. Princeton is waiting for you to bring him to the Casino!!

First mission to accomplish in 2010

To stay focus. I need the power to be focus, as there were too many distraction going on for the past one year. Mainly family problems, as some of my closer friends will understand. Been almost a year, the situation is still dragging... anyway don't wanna talk about these ppl who will piss me off.

Today i went to my branch, to take a look at my room. Wanted to clean up my table and arrange some of my stuffs. So that on sat, i can get everything ready to start work! But in the end, wasted my trip down, the existing person haven make an effort to clear away his things. He was being promoted and will be situated in another branch. So i'll be taking after his room, good feng shui ya? Haha.... although last few days i had started work, but i wasn't in my home ground lol. I managed to close some deals, and i was kind of happy :) Had set certain goals for the month of Jan, and i got to hardworking. Work in a smart way of course! I believe i will have a good partner this time, and we will work hand in hand together!

Zhenyu and i brought Princeton boy for steamboat dinner just now... actually intend to go to the Paradiz Centre, but in the end we changed our mind, just settled at neighbourhood. Not nice, not fresh. Mayb i'm fussing, zhenyu eat until so happily... (thought he was on diet?)

Tmr is jasmine's ROM day. I bet i will have a great time catching up with my poly gals~~~~ :)
