Weekend Rocks!

As i had been resting at home during weekdays, weekends to me are very precious! Last sat, my best friend May and wentong came over our place. Tian tian was delighted to see them, esp May. Bcoz she could really entertained and played with Princeton boy. haha... My mum brewed some soup, and so i asked May to come over and drink with me.

Tian tian was supposed to have his nap at 1pm, but he couldn't bear to sleep. After drinking n chatting, they went home n rest, and we drove to IMM. Yup, to meet up the designer of our renovation. Although we have yet confirm whether to take up her offer. But overall we were quite satisfied with the service. Alternatively, we will look for my cousin who is doing renovation thingy.

We had an early dinner at IMM, after which we brought tian tian to the sky water garden. But to his disappointment, the area was closed! You could see Princeton's disappointed facial expression. I told him, its ok, mummy will bring u to another place to play water ok? He smiled and nodded his head. Hubby drove us to CCK Lot one shopping centre.

Yeah! Tian tian was so happy to see water. He changed into his swimming clothes and run about playing the water. It was a hot day, so we let him enjoyed freely. After 45mins, i bathed him... the headache part came when he dont like to bath outside. He was afraid of the shower splash! ahyo.... my boy very timid type, i forgot to bring a small bucket to bath him. In the end, he screamed throughout the shower time. lol.

He dozed off before 8pm tat day... and woke up at 5am. Climbed onto my bed and woke me up. Asked me to accompany him to see photo album! wow liew... i was super shagged... we need to get ready for a buffet lunch at Plaza Park Royal Hotel tat morning. Princeton woke up so early... i wondered can he endure till lunch time.

We had a great time gathering with uncle william n my cousins. Although i didn't really eat alot, coz i was busy feeding Princeton, and at the same time i got to control my appetite, as i already put on 6kg. Told myself, i hope i wont exceed 60kg 3months later :p After lunch, we went over uncle william's house. As usual, tian tian run here and there. Very happy. At about 5pm, he began to get cranky, and told me he wanna go home, by pulling my hands to the main door.

Once we reached home, he was already in his dreamland. We were supposed to meet up zhenyu's cousin for a gathering. But my mum went out for her singing session, n i coudn't rely on my maid anymore. I told zhenyu to go alone to meet his cousins, he don't want. Super glue like his son... so in the end we both stay at home with tian tian. He slept beside me, hugged my pillow, used my blanket.... woke up every 3hrs for milk.. tossed here and there. This morning i was like a zombie... didn't sleep well.

Tmr i will be meeting May for breakfast, and facial. yeah... zhenyu said he wanna join in coz tmr he might be having an off day. haha... i told him ladies outing lor. Hope he can changed his off day to wednesday, so that we can go catch Toy Story 3.

My first check up at Thomson Medical Centre

As my gynae moved from kk private suite to TMC, we decided to followed him to the new environment. I had been there many times, as to visit my friend's newborn bb, but yesterday was my first time there for check up. We waited very long, coz i was late... as i fetched tian tian home from sch in e last min.

The school had a sentosa outing to siloso beach yesterday. As tian just recovered not long ago, i decided not to let him go. We brought him to school at 8am. After breakfast at about 10.30, we went back to the centre and peep at him. He was crying bitterly. All his fav teachers n friends were not around. All the surroundings were older students, and some unfamilar faces teachers. I thought the school should at least put one or two of his teachers with him. Everyone just left to sentosa. I was angry, brought him home immediately. Went to my grandma's place to pick up my mum, I can't leave my boy with maid alone anymore, my helper sometimes ok sometimes try to be stupid. Luckily mum lives with me:)

After that, hubby drove fast to TMC, my appt is at 1130. We reached at 1150. Waited till 1pm then its my turn. The nurse who attended to me was friendly n attentive. My gynae commented that my girl is hyper active, cannot stop moving for one second. As he wanted to take a 3d photo for her. She weighs about 980grams now. Everything was okie, the weight, the heart, lungs, liver, all are clearly seen. 3 more months to go! I'm getting bloated these few days, my face is obviously fat when its bloated.....

Sister n jie fu went Phipippines for holiday last week. Both of them were tanned like roasted pork, haha. They love water sport, unlike me... i dont like the sun, dont like the water. hehe... Thanks sis for buying so many gifts for us! Esp for Paris. To be frank, till now, i haven even buy anything for my girl yet.... next month i will shop for her neccessities.

Sis even bought me a bikini lor. An encouragement for me to wear it on after my confinement! Yeah, i will have the motivation to slim down n wear it :)

A singlet for Princeton boy and hubby too. She bought me a very big bag, a milk bag for paris lol... I wanna congrats her for the promotion she deserved! And i pray that her second wish will come true next! I love u sister n jie fu!

Princeton terror Fever

It had been quite some time since Princeton had a fever. This is his first time for this viral fever, which hit 39.8 degrees!! We had no choice, but to use Voren Suppository, a very strong medication to bring the fever down at the shortest time.
The doctor was reluntant to give also, as this "bullet" might cause side effect, and the child might be allergy to this drug. But we really had no choice :( Luckily Princeton was ok after inserting into his buttock. He was a brave boy, din scream too long, hee....

This terror virus lasted 4 days plus. It happened on tuesday morning, and yesterday it didn't come back again. Thank God. This type of fever comes and goes away. And the medication can only last like half a day. After that the child's head will be like burning! So scary.... I didn't sleep at all for these few nites. Only managed to catch a few hours nap. Although he was stil coughing, but i believed very soon he will be okay. I hope he can go to school tomorrow. The teachers had been calling and asked how is he, they missed him, haha.

We went IMM yesterday, as zhenyu and i wanna find out about some designs for our master bedroom. We intend to have a mini renovation after my confinement in oct. Unfortunately, Princeton boy was in a foul mood, he cried for an hour, before he dozed off in his pram. Well, i was calm... din act like a kan chiong spider like hubby. To be frank, i'm not afraid how other people look at me when my boy cry non stop. Is perfectly ok for a child to cry anyway. I rather spend effort in pampering and cooling down tian tian, than to think how others look at us.

We managed to look at a few designs, but gota wait for a week for the quotation and the image to be printed out. I love this kind of feeling, where we are looking for renovation,to be able to create our love nest once again. Of course i missed the preparation of wedding dinner most, haha!! To go around choosing the hotels, to taste the food they had etc. To try on the different types of wedding gowns, to choose our honeymoon packages. We planned the wedding for almost 2years. We like doing things together, and not only one party's decision and effort. In our case, hubby is the more effort party, hehe.

We had alot of plannings this year. The coming new member, Paris Tay. The whole new look of our house, and the changing of car. We will be looking at a second hand one, as its not wise to buy a brand new car at this time. All these needs $$$, and we gonna used up a big part of our savings lol. We didn't go for any big holidays for a long long time. So hubby n i hope to have a family trip before i start working.

We are not rich, but we can save alot. But saving alone is definately not enough, we must make our money grow. We got to do investment. But to invest need some form of $$ commitment. So the type of investment i can have is also very minimum. The reason i like my zhenyu so much, is bcoz he indeed makes alot of effort for this family. He never buy anything for himself, even if he want, he think like a few months, or even a year. Then in the end he didn't buy. His savings goes all to the family, he got zero "secret money". Even his time, he give all his time to us, very seldom have friends outing. Once he off, he will bring me/us out. Though he often makes me angry, or perhaps i'm too petty. But i thank God i had a hubby like him.
